Can I use the photos on Rightmove and Zoopla?
Yes. You can use them to market the property on any property portal, your website, brochures and social media.
Is it legal to fly over houses?
I hold a CAA Flyer ID, follow UK Civil Aviation Authority rules and carry public liability insurance. I plan each shoot to keep a safe distance from people and respect neighbours' privacy.
What if the weather's bad?
Aerial photos look best in good light, so I'll only fly when the conditions are right. If they're not, I'll move the shoot to the next suitable day for free.
Does the owner need to be there?
Not usually, as long as I have permission to fly and somewhere safe to take off. For agents, I can arrange it directly with the vendor.
