What I collect
- Details you send through the enquiry form, by email or by phone: your name, email address, phone number, the property location and your message.
- Photos and video taken of your property during a job you have booked.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To carry out and invoice the work you book.
- To keep business records that the law requires, such as for tax.
I don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Drone photos and neighbouring properties
Flights are planned to focus on the property being inspected. If other people, vehicles or neighbouring properties appear in images, they are not used for any other purpose. Photos of your property are only shown on this website or social media with your permission, with number plates and faces blurred.
Where it's stored
Form enquiries are handled by Webflow, which hosts this website, and emails are stored in Microsoft Outlook. These providers may store data outside the UK, with safeguards in place to protect it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email contact@skyviewdynamic.com to make a request. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
